Lottery Licence #2137 Rules and Regulations: By purchasing a ticket in this lottery under Lottery Licence #2137, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the rules and regulations. Tickets are not tax deductible and must be purchased within the province of Ontario. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets may not be purchased on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age. Tickets are $20 each. Only 12,500 tickets will be available for sale. Draws: Tickets purchased before the Early Bird deadline of 5 pm October 28th 2009; November 25th 2009; December 23rd 2009; January 13th 2010; January 27th 2010 will be eligible for that early bird draw as well as all subsequent early bird draws And the Grand Prize. One winning ticket will be drawn each of the following days at 3 pm on November 2nd 2009, December 1st 2009, December 30th, 2009, January 18th 2010 and February 2nd 2010. The early bird draws will take place at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore 660 Squire St, the winner will be recorded and the ticket will be returned to be included in all subsequent Early Bird draws as well as the Grand Prize Draw. Tickets purchased after January 27th 2010 will be eligible for the $100,000 Grand Prize only. Tickets for the grand prize draw will be for sale until 2 pm February 15, 2010. One winning ticket for the Grand Prize will be drawn at 3 pm at 141 Northern Avenue on the Sports Dome Premises. Alcohol and Gaming Commission regulations prohibit the following individuals and their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket for thier own use or being considered eligible to win prizes: Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay Board of Directors and employees; Thunder Bay ReStore employees; Firedog Communications employees. Winners will be notified by telephone and in the Chronicle Journal on Saturday February 20th 2010.

Family Day Lottery Launch Media Conference Date: October 6th, 2009
Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay and retail partner Quality Market are teaming up to announce Habitat’s 2nd Annual Family Day Raffle. 12,500 tickets are available for sale for $20.00 each with the hope of raising over $100,000 net for the local charity. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn during the Habitat Family Day Extravaganza on February 15, 2010 at 3 pm.
The 2nd Annual Family Day Raffle was officially launched at the Centennial Square location of participating sponsor Quality Market. At the Kick-off customers were given an opportunity to get their hands on $100,000 cash - literally. A security guarded money bag filled with the weight of $100,000 was in the store, offering shoppers the chance to feel what this amount of cash is really like.
